《人权》期刊英文版正式由我校人权研究院承办

2017年2月28日，中国人权研究会正式将承办《人权》期刊英文版相关事宜交接至我校人权研究院。中国政法大学校长黄进带队，科研处处长栗峥教授、人权研究院常务副院长张伟教授、副院长班文战教授等参加了本次交接工作。

中国人权研究会秘书长鲁广锦在交接工作会上对《人权》期刊英文版寄予厚望，希望人权研究院在承办过程中巩固好期刊这一宣传阵地、学术阵地，推动人权领域学术研究，扩大期刊在国内外的影响力。

在回应“下一阶段工作当如何开展”时，黄进首先明确指出期刊“集学术、宣传、智库为一体”的功能定位，并表示我校将调动全校资源全力配合《人权》英文版在既有功能定位下有序发展。在解决稿源问题方面，黄进建议增加诸如《新华文摘》之类的权威期刊对《人权》文章的转载，并结合自媒体加强推介。黄进还建议英文版期刊在翻译《人权》中文版文章的基础之上，每期翻译推介一些其他期刊中的优秀文章，增强人权领域学者在国际层面的话语权。

栗峥强调了我校在办刊方面所具备的多项优势，并建议英文版期刊纳入一定比例的原创文章，以独立成刊作为未来的发展目标，朝着国际核心期刊标准努力。

鲁广锦对我校积极的办刊态度和创造性建议予以肯定，并从编辑队伍、稿源、经费、发行渠道、版式风格等方面对《人权》期刊英文版下一阶段的工作进行了具体安排和部署。

《人权》期刊英文版自2017年第1期起正式委托人权研究院承办。

《人权》是由中国人权研究会主办的、国内第一份人权学术期刊，创刊于2002年，双月刊，以中、英两个语种出版。

本刊的办刊宗旨是，坚持正确的政治方向，努力追求学术创新，积极增进国内外对中国人权事业的了解，全面展示并推进中国人权理论的创新，及时关注国际人权理论和实践的进展，促进与各国在人权领域的对话和交流，努力提升中国人权话语的国际影响力。

本刊主要发表以人权、权利、民主等为主题的法学、政治学、哲学、经济学、历史学、社会学等人文社科诸领域的论文。

Information for Authors

The Journal of Human Rights publishes original works in law, philosophy, political science and other disciplines which deal with concepts, measurement tools and policy alternatives from human rights perspectives. Please submit your manuscripts to the following e-mail address: JHRsubmissions@cupl.edu.cn.

Manuscripts accepted for review should satisfy the following format specifications:

I. Each manuscript should be no less than 4,000 English words. The title page should include:

(1) title of the paper; (2) your full name(s); (3) your position(s), affiliation(s), degree(s) and research fields; (4) an abstract of 200-300 English words; and (5) 4-5 keywords.

II. References should be inserted at the foot of each page and formatted according to the Chicago Manual of Style (16th Edition). A few examples follow for reference purposes (for more detailed and additional information, please visit http://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org):
