Radiation Medicine and Protection是由中国科协主管、中华医学会主办，中国疾病预防控制中心辐射防护与核安全医学所、苏州大学放射医学与防护学院暨放射医学与辐射防护国家重点实验室联合创办的同行评议期刊。孙全富、曹建平担任共同主编。

Radiation Medicine and Protection is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal co-published by the National Institute of Radiological Protection (NIRP) , China, and the State Key Laboratory of Radiation Medicine and Protection, Soochow University, China. The journal provides an international forum for information sharing and exchange in basic research, medical development and technological advances in areas of radiation medicine, radiation biology, nuclear medicine, radiology, radiotherapy, and radiation protection.

办刊宗旨

填补我国特种医学、辐射防护领域英文期刊的空白，关注电离辐射对人类健康的影响，探讨电离辐射生物效应，提高放射诊断与治疗的剂量精准化，保障患者的放射诊疗安全和放射工作人员的职业健康，促进核能与核技术的发展。展示我国在辐射损伤救治、医疗照射防护、辐射健康效应评价的成果，增强国际交流，扩大国际影响力。

The journal is committed to the rapid publication of quality manuscripts that report advances in the peaceful and responsible use of nuclear energy in medicine as well as the public health aspect of radiation. The Journal solicits contributions that address biological effects of both ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, the beneficial application of nuclear technology, especially dose optimization and avoidance of tissue injury in medical diagnosis and treatment, and radiation protection for the public.
