中国社会科学杂志社投稿须知

中国社会科学杂志社热诚欢迎海内外作者向《中国社会科学》、《中国社会科学内部文稿》和《中国社会科学》（英文版）投稿。为保证学术研究成果的原创性和严谨性，倡导良好的学术风气，敬请作者投稿时注意如下事项：

一、请登录“中国社会科学网”（http://www.cssn.cn）或“中国社会科学杂志社”（http://sscp.cssn.cn），点击“中国社会科学杂志社投稿系统”或“投稿系统”进行投稿。

1、投稿方法：注册→登录→填写稿件标题→选择稿件类别→点击“保存”→点击“添加WORD”、“添加图片”或“添加音视频”→点击“保存并投稿”→选择所投刊物及学科并保存。

2、注册信息必须真实有效，请按要求填写相关信息，以便联系。

3、请在文章正文后面附上作者姓名、学位、职称、工作单位、联系电话、电子邮箱、通信地址及邮政编码等基本信息。

4、投稿类别以学科划分为基础，涵括马克思主义理论、哲学、经济学、政治学、法学、社会学、历史学、文学、国际关系学、新闻传播学、公共管理学、教育学、语言学、民族学等各学科以及跨学科研究的论文、调查报告、学术综述等。其中，英文原创性稿件请一律投至“英文稿”类别，供《中国社会科学》（英文版）使用。

5、所投中文稿件本社默认可以为《中国社会科学》、《中国社会科学内部文稿》两刊中的任一刊选用。作者如对所投刊物有特定要求，投稿时请予以说明。

6、稿件状态分为四种：“已投稿”、“审核中”、“退稿”、“拟刊用”。其中，稿件处于编审流程中时为“审核中”，“退稿”、“拟刊用”则为稿件最终处理结果。

二、所投稿件须系作者独立研究完成之作品，对他人知识产权有充分尊重，无任何违法、违纪和违反学术道德的内容；文中引文、注释和其他资料，应逐一核对原文，确保准确无误；如使用了转引资料，应实事求是注明转引出处；如使用了外文资料，作者有责任将相关内容及版权页的纸质复印件或PDF等格式的电子文件提交给本刊编辑部备查。

三、投给本社刊物的稿件，应确保未一稿两投或多投，包括未局部改动后投寄其他报刊，且稿件主要观点或基本内容，不得先于我社刊物在其他公开或内部出版物（包括期刊、报纸、专著、论文集、学术网站等）上发表。

四、本社刊物不向作者、发文单位收取任何形式的费用，也未委托任何商业机构进行征稿、组稿活动。本社刊物实行双向匿名专家审稿制度。稿件正文中请勿出现作者个人资讯，行文亦请避免可能透露作者身份的信息。

五、本社有权对来稿做文字表述及其他技术性修改，稿件审阅周期一般为3个月，凡逾期未收到本选用通知者，请自行处理稿件。

六、稿件一经采用，编辑部即会向作者支付稿酬，寄送样刊，《中国社会科学》《中国社会科学》（英文版）两刊出刊后还会将其编入《中国学术期刊网络出版总库》、CNKI系列数据库及国家哲学社会科学学术期刊数据平台等数据库，编入数据库的著作权使用费包含在编辑部所付稿酬之中。

七、本社对所刊登的稿件享有《著作权》法规定的著作权。作者如需将在本社刊物所发的文章收入其他公开出版物中发表，须事先征得本社书面同意，并遵守相关规定。作者对此有特殊要求的，可与本社协商。

八、各刊相关要求

（一）、《中国社会科学》

1、稿件字数以1.2万—2万字为宜，优质稿件篇幅可适当放宽。需提供稿件英文题目、摘要和关键词。体例规范按照《中国社会科学》体例规范执行。

2、应提供稿件英文题目，300字以内的中、英文摘要和3—5个中、英关键词。

3、稿件请用A4纸格式，正文简体横排，研究论文类稿件宋体小4号，36字×35行；学术述评、读者评议等稿件5号宋体双栏，38字×40行；注释请用页下注，注文排5号仿宋体，格式请遵照“中国社会科学杂志社关于引文注释的规定”（请见附件）。

（二）、《中国社会科学内部文稿》

1、《中国社会科学内部文稿》单篇稿件字数，研究论文、调研报告、学术评论、问题研究、理论探讨、学者视野等，一般以1.5—2万字为宜。

2、请提供300字以内的中文、英文摘要和3—5个中文、英文关键词及文章的英文标题，供编辑参考。

3、稿件请用A4纸格式，正文简体横排，研究论文类稿件宋体小4号，40字×36行；学术述评、读者评议等稿件5号宋体双栏，38字×40行；注释请用页下注，注文排小5号宋体，格式请遵照“中国社会科学杂志社关于引文注释的规定”（请见附件）。

（三）、《中国社会科学》（英文版）

1、《中国社会科学》（英文版）投稿类别请选“英文稿”。部分英文投稿视稿件内容，可能会需要同时提交稿件的中译稿，以便编辑部审阅。

2、《中国社会科学》（英文版）单篇稿件字数，请控制在8000单词（英文）左右。稿件请用A4纸格式，小四号字横排。

九、本须知自2021年1月1日起生效，并由中国社会科学杂志社负责解释。

Instructions for Authors

Social Sciences in China mainly publishes excellent and innovative China-related scholarly research in humanities and social sciences. We welcome submissions from authors in China and elsewhere.

Authors should submit via our online submission system (http://www.cssn.cn/qt/wytg/) one electronic copy of their paper of about 10,000 words, including notes and references. Manuscripts must be accompanied by an abstract, in both English and Chinese, of no more than 150 words (or 300 Chinese characters), a list of up to 4 key words, also in both English and Chinese, suitable for indexing and abstracting servicing, and a brief biographical note about each author, including the author’s title, affiliation, field(s) of interest, one or two latest or representative publications, as well as details of the author’s email addresses.

Tables, figures, and photographs with captions should be electronically supplied with a resolution of no less than 300 dpi.

The content of articles should not infringe any existing copyright. If any unpublished table, figure, photograph or more than a few lines of the text from previously published work or unpublished theses are included in the manuscript the author must obtain written permission for republication from the copyright holder; the original source should be clearly referenced and acknowledged.

Copyright: It is a condition of publication that authors assign copyright or licence the publication rights in their articles, including abstracts, to the Social Sciences in China Press. This enables us to ensure full copyright protection and to disseminate the article, and of course the Journal, to the widest possible readership in print and electronic formats as appropriate.
